I'm trying to cut down on processed sugar so I started using this as a sweetener in my iced tea in the morning. It's always consistent in taste and consistency. I'm so glad I finally tried this. I have been wanting to cut back on my sugar intake/usage and my son suggested using agave. It sweetens perfectly with no after taste and I don't have to use anywhere near as much as I would granulated sugar. This will be a staple in my household.
