How did I not get this before!!!!
I have never eaten GV ice cream, didn't actually know what to expect. I'm going to say “how did I not get this before”. This really tastes better than the expensive Haagen Daz. It has a rich taste of cream and real strawberries in it. The Chocolate ice cream is rich in chocolate but not bitter. The Vanilla Ice Cream, in my opinion they used fresh vanilla bean and the very best sweet cream.
CREAMY AND TASTY
I was looking for ice cream to go with the cookies I had purchased (to make ice cream sandwiches) and this was in the front of the freezer so, I decided to try it. I had not had Great Value Neapolitan Ice Cream, 48 fl oz before and was a bit skeptical at first. However, when I scooped it, it was to easy to get out of the container and each of the flavors were distinct and really good! My Ice Cream Sandwiches were well received!

Good flavor and great price!
I've tried ALL of the Great Value ice cream flavors and have been satisfied with all of them. When comparing with more expensive brands, there is little difference that, to me, would warrant spending more money for my ice cream desserts. I serve it with all my birthday cakes as well as my pies on holidays and everyone seems to enjoy it, which I know because they ask me for it when I am serving the desserts. If they did not like the flavor, they would eat their cakes and pies with NO ice cream on top, I'm sure!
