These half gallons are perfect for my husband and I and the pace we consume milk in our house. I haven't found a store or retailer that's cheaper for milk in my area so love that Great Value generic offers it. The cap isn't anything special, sometimes with time it'll get those flakes when you crack it open.

Bad milk.
This is the third time the milk has gone bad before due date. I bought more yesterday. Haven’t checked it yet. When I poured out the almost full jug of milk from this order I noted brown mixed in with the milk on tue cap and where the milk line was. I have photos that show this. So I have poured out at least a gallon of milk from my last three purchases. I had decided they are being I probably chilled due to the pickup order or maybe manufacturing.

I don’t drive that’s why I use delivery. My milk is out dated and I can’t bring it to the store. Instacart lets you take a picture if something is wrong for proof. Maybe I should stick with instacart if I’m not going to get refunds. My order was 11/13 and that’s the day of the expiration
