GREAT BACK UP.
No dislike. Taste good either room temperature - or cold. Like that you can make according to what you need. Long life span- I always check dates on box. Really great for emergencies - or Stormy weather- or on the road. If you run out of milk- due to lights going out. At first I add 1/4 room temperature water, then the rest cold water - mixes better that way- and put in fridge- I make sure to use it in that week- I make one quart at a time- lastes longer- or use more knowing what works for your family or yourself .

A perfect way to expand the expiration date on your milk. If you use milk mostly for cooking and baking, powder milk is best way to save more so that you don't waste milk that hasn't been use within 7-12 days. They shelf life if proper stored can last years. I keep this as staple in my pantry for when a a recipe calls for milk, but I din't want buy a gallon and it go bad before I am able to use it.

Pantry staple! Hey, it's powdered milk, you probably don't want to be drinking it everyday, but if fresh milk is not available, it is GREAT for making gravy, sauces and I even use it to make mashed potato flakes creamier. Also a good thickening substitute.
