we use these as "peepee" cookies, break a piece off when our giant dogs go potty outside. and of course dipped in a hot coffee, a special treat for us. i know there's people who look down on human food for dogs, but my husky nearly died on quality "dog" food. we make at least one veterinarian approved meal a day plus kibble for their teeth/other vitamins. the flax/chia/veg fresh protein saved my dog. a quarter of these cookies in the morning still better. look up how much Canned pet food has sugar. thats right, my grandfather, a veterinarian pointed that out, especially the smaller cans, cat food too... sugar! now due to fat content, small dogs should not consume, mine need extra fats for their coat and joints. make homemade with sweet potatoes for smaller pups!
