After you purchase the bread an is delivered to your residence. 1- check bread. 2- let out all air in bag an as you begin to twist the plastic bag make sure No Air re-enters bag. 3- after several twist, place what ever color at time of purchase the twister is wrap around bag snuggly should be able to go around twice. THAT'S MY TAKE ON KEEPING MY BREAD SOFT. An No Molding!!
