I love to take desserts for get togethers or potlucks. One of my faves is "FLUFF" or cheater mousse. Pick your fave instant pudding - Pistachio has been requested multiple times %26 mix with 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream in a large mixing bowl till stiff, put it in the fridge for a few minutes %26 whip for another minute or so. It can be served in little dishes, as a sweet dip, or one of my faves - as a pie. Garnish not necessary but a spri kling of finely chopped pistachios %26 some shaved chocolate is a winner!

I keep heavy cream on hand for any occasion I might need milk. Heavy cream has a much longer shelf life than milk does. I was constantly throwing milk away. You can mix equal parts cream and water to create your own milk. It's perfect for cooking everything where milk is needed
