Creamy: This Great Value brand of Parmesan and Romano Cheese would be a fierce competitor for a taste test! It tastes exactly like the more expensive versions out there. When it melts, it's creamy and stringy goodness! Melt and Ingredients are important! It has very few and they are all related to cheese, which is good, right? Parmesan is kind of a salty cheese, but you can't really tell with this version. I have made Italian style burritos many times using pizza cheeses and using this as a finish before tossing it in the microwave for the melty win! I highly recommend switching to this particular kind instead with good easy to understand ingredients!

The Great Value Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese , 8 oz Shaker is tasty, fresh and has a certain pleasant tangy "bite" to it. It adds an extra zing to casseroles, pasta dishes, bruschetta, skillet meals and just about anything else you like to use it for. Ever try fresh popped butter popcorn poured in a bowl with a sprinkling of this cheese on top? Sooo good!!

I always just get the plain parmesan cheese but wanted to try something different. I have to say I like this so much better than just the plain parmesan! There is a richer flavor, it probably leans a little towards the saltier side of cheese, but I like that. It added quite a bit of flavor to my spaghetti, and I like the light fluffy texture. I will definitely be buying this brand and flavor in the future.
