Great Cheese for a Budget
There is a slight taste difference between Kraft and the Great Value Grated Parmesan Cheese. I like how affordable the Great Value brand is compared to the name brands of cheese. I've only had one bottle in the past that was questionable. All my other bottles of grated parmesan cheese have been great. I have a big family, so I always have to stick to a budget. This brand is very budget friendly.

best fettuccine alfredo ever!
I had been making fettuccine Alfredo all wrong my entire life. I watched a few creative chefs, and they showed me the light. By simply leaving out the milk, cream, and just using this grated Parmesan, some of the pasta water, and some butter, S/P to taste, I was super delighted with the results. Yes, the chefs did select a higher grade of cheese, but to be very honest, I used this and was quite pleased. It saves me a ton of money going this direction. The flavor is rich and nutty, and no weird aftertaste from most cheese products.

A household staple. I prefer this one the smaller bottle. It has a long shelf life and I dont have to replace it as often . My familys go to except for my husband he refers to it as stinky cheese. The kids %26 I think it smells just fine and taste as it should. The price is reasonable for the quantity and the taste is spot on in my opinion.
