Lift tab to open **Directions: **1. Mix 2 cups boiling water with gelatin. Stir until dissolved, about 3 minutes. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill until firm. **To Add Other Ingredients: **2. Fold in drained, cooked or raw fruit or vegetables (1 1/2 to 3 cups). Fresh or frozen pineapple or kiwi fruit must be cooked before adding. Chill until firm. **Quickset: **1. Completely dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 4 cups ice cubes, stir until gelatin starts to thicken, about 3 minutes. **2. Remove unmelted ice. Chill. Soft set and ready to eat in 30 minutes. **To Mold Gelatin: **1. Do not use ice cubes. Decrease cold water to 1 1/2 cups. Chill in mold until firm. Dip just to rim in warm water. Shake to loosen. **2. Top with wet plate, invert plate and mold together, remove mold. **Fun-Gels: **1. Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water to 4 small or 2 large packages of gelatin. Dissolve gelatin completely. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, chill until firm about 3 hours. Dip pan in warm water about 15 seconds. Cut into squares or with a cookie cutter into shapes. **2. Lift out pan.
