We use these in breakfast sandwiches either on bagels, English muffins, or waffles with an egg and cheese, or in breakfast burritos where we chop them into strips. Even eat them on the side of our pancakes. So versatile. A bit greasy but we soak up the grease with a paper towel before eating. They have a good flavor.
