. Thawing Instructions:. Thaw desired amount at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or thaw in microwave on defrost setting (30% power) for 1 minute. My Go-To for Smoothies
I love this frozen fruit mix because it's perfect for homemade smoothies! Typically, I use half of a frozen banana, a handful or so of this fruit mix, top with frozen dark sweet cheeries, add some Simply Orange juice (%26 some filtered water if watching my sugar intake) %26 blend together. So refreshing during the heatwaves that have become all-too-common now during the summertime, no matter where you live. It's good to have all of the fruits frozen because they're less expensive and there's no need to add ice. Additionally, the quality of the Great Value frozen fruit mixes are high -- I've never come upon any rotten or low-quality-type fruit in the bags, and I've been buying them this way for years, the only exception being the bananas, which I buy fresh, cut into smaller pieces %26 throw into a gallon freezer bag to freeze.

i buy 6 or 7 large bags of frozen fruit in a mnth for fiber smoothies I make myself, I am disappointed, used to get 4lb bag of sliced strawberries,you no longer have them so I switched to 4lb bag whole strawberries, I have tried to get them in store and online, you never have any, you need to stalk more.
