THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:Place nuggets in a plastic bag.Place plastic bag in refrigerator until nuggets are thawed.BAKE INSTRUCTIONS:Preheat oven to 400F. Place fish on greased baking sheet. Season to taste.Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.GRILL INSTRUCTIONS:heat grill to medium-high heat. Season fish to taste. Place fish on greased grill rack.Cook serving side down for 3-4 minutes, turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

You never go wrong buying Catfish. I divided mine up into individual portions and vacuum sealed them. I have not had a chance to try them, but I used to buy them all the time and they are top notch. Just too busy to fry fish at the moment. Trying to get the house perfect for my boyfriend when he returns. He is in the hospital.

Now batch your catfish, I was so happy to see it. There's only two counts of three kinds of fish I like, really. And that's it.. Tilapia. Cod. I wish you had cod in a bag like you do the catfish, but you don't put the catfish with fantastic Just, I wish I had a little bit bigger pieces in there. but it fried up well, and it was delicious. Can't. beat that with a steak. Thank you.
