Instructions
Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 7-10 minutes. Broil Instructions: Turn oven to broil. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 5-7 minutes. Skillet Instructions: 1.) Heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2.)Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. 3.)Cook 8-11 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Grill Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook 8-10 minutes.

Very good frozen Tilapia filets. This was my 1st purchase of these %26 I will buy again. Just know there are only 3 filets per package. They are large %26 I actually made 2 meals, just for myself, from 1 filet. I rinsed in warm water to slightly thaw, breaded w/cornmeal while wet to stick good %26 fried in olive oil about 10 minutes each side. When I cut filet into half in skillet the middle was still pink is why 10 min's on each side before turning.
