For best results, do not thaw before cooking. If product thaws, cook promptly. Do not refreeze this product if it has thawed. Hob - From Frozen - Stovetop Instructions:. ❶ Place 1 cup of frozen baby lima beans in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and bring quickly to a second boil. ❷ Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until desired tenderness. ❸ Drain carefully. Season to taste and serve. Microwave - From Frozen - ❶ Place 1 cup of frozen by baby lima beans in a microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water. ❷ Cover and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until desired tenderness. ❸ Drain carefully. Season to taste and serve.
