Just as good as name brand. Travel well for a snack for traveling. I personally eat them for low blood sugar crash. Being Diabetic they pack a fast carb intake. Hate those sugar disk that you can find in the Pharmacy. Leave a nasty left over taste in your mouth and would need several to boost your blood sugar. Lows are uncomfortable sweaty shaking and possible pass out or medical emergency coma. So pop tarts pack a major sugar boost and are portable. Love the blueberry and cherry best. No toaster needed.
