When you don't want 40 bags, you save money by not investing in a huge box it will take months to use up. Two sizes makes sense and 20 bags is enough. Zipper bags are great as you can use it as a storage container you can open are reseal easily. A single zipper bag will last for years, resealing and opening over and over.

"It's so simple to use storage bags for left over foods or really, ""ANYTHING"". I use them in place of storage containers. It doesn't take up AS much room when you use storage bags and it's so easy with the zip top. It just zips to close and your good to go. What a great convenience to me. Anything that makes my life simpler is a hit! They are strong and do a great job keeping things fresh. I like to buy Great Value brand as the price is right."

I regularly buy these because they are much less expensive and serve my purposes well. I appreciate the sliding seal which closes the bag securely enough for storing leftovers. I don't generally use them for long-term freezing as they are not heavy enough to protect from food drying out.
