Great Value Sugar-Free Energy Drink Mix Variety Pack, 1.98 oz, 20 Count

I used the Advocate Spark packages in my water for awhile. I chose to try these because of a few reasons. 1. Cost - a box of these cost what about 3 spark packages cost ! They are extremely cheaper than Advocare. I didn't have to order them either just run into my local WM and pick up a few boxes. 2. Spark has a vitamin smell to it even though it doesn't taste like it. The WM brand of Energy drink do not have that smell and they taste great. 3. The effect of these can be felt but they are not like an Engery drink as in Red Bull or Monster. There is no let down in your Energy or a huge spike in it either. It is just the perfect amount of energy and vitamins. I have 2 a day and that is all the caffeine I take in. I do not drink any others drinks except water throughout the day. Pomegranate Lemonade and Grape are my favorite while my Husband prefers the Peach Mango.

I am one of those people that don't like plain water. I buy different flavors in the 10 count box and really don't care what flavor it is just as long as it is not plain water. I saw this and gave it a try. Better price so that was good. The Peach Mango is the bomb! I also am one of those people that energy drinks don't really seem to do me any good. I don't want to say that this gives or doesn't give me more energy. I can say the price is better, and the flavors are great. To me its about the price. I wish you could buy it in even bigger boxes to save even more.
