"I've been using this Great Value Black Cherry drink enhancer for a few weeks now and I'm pretty happy with it. The flavor is great—a bold, sweet black cherry that isn't too artificial tasting. I also appreciate the added benefits. I definitely feel a decent energy boost from the caffeine without getting the jitters, which is a big plus. As for the zinc and other minerals, it's hard to say for sure what effect they've had, but it's nice to know they're in there for an immunity boost. It's a good, affordable way to get a little extra pep in my step, especially in the afternoon."

Hello, The Caffeine is 90mg. per serving and 1 squeeze = 1 serving. I'm the kind of person who Squeezes to Taste, so that makes me a 4 squeeze person. 4×90 = 360 I'm also on blood thinners and aspirin once a day, So I'll drink half a bottle one day and the other half the next day. I was not sure if I would like the added syrup to be used with water but a friend tried it and recommended it to me. WOW! I was so surprised! The taste had a nice sweetness that you can control by the strength you put to squeezing the bottle over water. I am not a fan of plain water and this keeps the sugar at a better level than soda! Now I highly recommend it to everyone!!
