This product is as good as competitors in metal cans. I was concerned being in a plastic jar they might not be as fresh or have maintained as much freshness as those sold in metal canisters. But, I found these cashews to be a delight and will buy them again.

I love cashews and GV has the best price per ounce, these are crunchy but tender, not too salty, big and delicious. I make cashew cookies for my son, healthy-ish. cashews, coconut condensed milk, dark chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut. Also grab the nuts to hold me over till dinner and add to my homemade granola
