. Hot Tea Instructions:. ā¶ Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. ā· Let water cool 1 minute after boiling. Pour water over one tea bag and steep 1-2 minutes. āø Remove tea bag. If desired, add sweetener. Iced Tea Directions:. Use 4 bags for each quart. ā¶ Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. ā· Let water cool 1 minute after boiling. The green tea has a great taste unlike the sweetness of licorice. For a morning drink, I use the green tea to maintain my fluid intake and enjoy the fruity smell. I do not use creamer in my tea although ginger would be a good addition to my green tea drinking experience.

Enjoy the taste and cost effective. Decaffeinated allows me to drink my ice tea in the evening so I get a good nights sleep., I use sugar supplement so there are no calories while I enjoy the benefits of green tea. Use 3 tea bags in a 24 oz micro-waveable container with water for 4 min. on high. Steep till I count to 100 add 17 packets of GV aspartame to my 2 qt. container add hot tea %26 stir add water to fill container %26 stir. Then I fill 24 oz container that I used to microwave and fill 2qt. to replace the one 24 oz that I put in freezer till ice cold. Occasionally, add one shot of brandy flavored honey liquor. Tea is very pleasant tasting with or without the liquor. I drink this every night. Gave up my 2 light beers. Enjoy my tea so much better,
