these have been my go to chocolate snack for a long time. but now the ingredients have changed there's no cocoa in these, as in other products like this because of the price of the cocoa, I can tell the difference, but these r still tasty. so the bag should not say 60% cocoa any longer, it's sort of false advertising, just let it say DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS. think about this okay ? but thank u for still maintaining them as they are, tasty.

Perfect for ganache. Great whipping cream till just forming tiny bubbles around pan, turn off and add the chips and a good plop o butter and the rich dark chocolate gets the natural sweetness that is oh so good. Perfect for Boston cream
