I was actually shocked by how big the box is %26 that it's so good and the cinnamon flavor is perfect and when measured by the serving size (I am diabetic and on a diet) it was more than I thought or expected it to be but it's actually something that I like, it doesn't raise my blood sugar %26 I can have a bit on my diet and its perfect for breakfast with Vanilla Almond Milk over it or just dry as a snack anytime! I mean… they're a knockoff of the best cereal of all time, and they're a good one at that! I love to use a few grams of these as a mix in with a cinnamon cereal protein powder and ultra-filtered milk in my Ninja creami. It's delicious! Also great as a regular cereal.
