Gluten free and yummy.

These are marked gluten free. Yeah. I love the vanilla. I make oreo balls every Christmas with these. And dip pretzels. So yummy. Melt and drizzle over popcorn, to die for. Look up bunny or leprechaun bait (cereal and candy coated in almond bark). My only complaint is these contain soy. I have a friend who can't have soy and that is the only thing I have not been able to do for her is make a soy free dipped item.

Great product! This works very well for dipping pretzels or for the delicious treat of Ritz crackers with peanut butter in between. It melts easily in the microwave and reheats easily too. I purchase at Christmas every year and throughout the year for dipping treats.

check out the cooking trick in this review

this stuff is so fun to work with it's really easy to use and here's a trick for everyone. when you're melting it in the microwave put one to two tablespoons of olive oil in and mix it up thoroughly until all the chips are covered and that will keep it from burning. and only melted and increments of 30 seconds. then stir It really good each time. it's great for things like Rice krispie treats and just all kinds of delicious snacks
