I used the medium tortilla in a chicken enchilada recipe and it is always great tasting. The tortillas hold up well during the baking process and absorb the sauce beautifully. These tortillas are an excellent value. I use them often for my breakfast burrito: Egg, sliced cheese, bacon, whatever leftover meat I have (beef, pork, chicken or fish). Maybe guacamole or refried beans, and of course, salsa! Gets the day started right.
