Instructions
Shake well **Use within 3 days of opening. **When cooking this product, please cook at least 165°F. **For Recipe Purposes **3 Tbsp. = Whites of approx. 1 large egg **1/3 Cup = Whites of approx. 2 large eggs **3/4 Cup = Whites of approx. 4 large eggs **Stovetop - From Chilled **Stovetop Instructions: **Scrambled: **1. Spray skillet with Great Value No Stick Cooking Spray; preheat over medium heat. **2. Shake and pour desired amount into heated skillet. Cook without stirring until edges and bottom begin to set. **3. Lift cooked part and gently turn to scramble. Continue cooking until set. **Microwave - From Chilled **Scrambled: **1. Spray microwave-safe bowl with Great Value No Stick Cooking Spray. **2. Shake and pour 1/2 cup into bowl. **3. Cover and cook on high 45 seconds. Stir gently. Cook 20 to 30 seconds more or until set but slightly moist. **3 Tbsp. Liquid Egg Whites equals one large egg white.

This is a fantastic way to add to my protein without increasing the fat. Egg yolks and I don't always get along but one whole egg with the added Liquid egg white protein makes a delicious omlette I can enjoy and digest. Sometimes I use just the liquid egg whites for my omlette.

Great for eating you will not taste any difference
At times I buy whole eggs for cooking. These whole EGG WHITES in a carton comes in handy especially for eating without consuming egg yolks.This can be used as well to replace whole eggs, the taste is the same. The carton keeps the eggs fresher. I've never bought a container that has gone bad ( and it keeps in my frig for a long while).I highly recommend GREAT VALUE EGGS IN A CARTON.

This is my go to morning breakfast,a must have!3/4 of a cup and one whole egg, couple small pieces of ham you're good to go! I really feel you get real egg whites in this carton opposed to buying it at Aldi's where I often see what I think is water! That's not very cool at all but you pay a little more at WM and you get a little more right?DaveD.
