Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.Method 2 Hot liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid for one minutes, add hot liquid and stir until dissolved.Method 3Cold or hot hot cereals: Add one tablespoon to bowl of hot or cold cereal and mix completely.One tablespoon gels one pint of liquid.

This gelatin is unflavored so I can add a teaspoon to my coffee or plain water and it does not alter the taste. I found it is better to dissolve it in cool water first and then add it to coffee or just drink it.

It really works!!!!!!
I have tried several brands and I always come back to Great Lakes gelatin to help with my body aches and pains. It has helped to decrease my overall inflammation and has truly reduces my aches and pains. My knee pain from an old injury used to make it so difficult to walk especially up steps. I also had a difficult time getting in and out of the car due to my knee and back pain. After a few weeks of taking the Great Lakes gelatin in my tea every day, the pain just vanished. I make sure to take it regularly as I know when I forget a day or two, my pains return. I'm amazed. It's flavorless and has no odor. I actually didn't mind it when it did have an odor. I knew it was legit and working like it's supposed to.
