Product great. Shipping horrible!
Shipping. Product had leaked and shipping box was so wet carrier had taped it to hold it together. I checked caps and they were tight. When I partially opened one, product started bubbling out. It had apparently been shaken... a lot considering how wet the box was. it was delayed 2 or 3 days.

Got the job done!
The sprayer did mess up on the first day of use but this stuff works! I recently moved into a condo and the people who previously lived here left a very greasy kitchen. This stuff has helped remove the grease from cabinets, floor, stove and hood. I'd recommend.

Product is good, as I have used it for years. The issue was with the condition it was delivered in... The runner handed the 2 bags over through the window %26 walked away. As I attempted to recover them into the vehicle, one of the bags began leaking...down the interior of the door; seat; and my pants. Thank God it was not a bleach product. It appeared that one of the four bottles were defect or had been dropped.
