Having previously owned this product was heartbroken when my old unit discontinued working. Per my wife, it was "my fault" as I was too rough on my daily use of it (3 to 4 times daily). Couldn't be happier with this little coffee pot!

First of all, it makes a tasty, hot of coffee no matter the size - mug or cup. Secondly, it takes up very narrow space on my counter because of it's design! Very easy to fill the water reservoir. Was nice to find a white version as it looks sleek and clean in my kitchen. Whether it's just me or I'm having guests, this coffee pot is a winner!
