i started using these back in 2018 and here is the thing you need to know from the start, do not expect results so fast take them as directed, if you go through and finish the bottle continue on with them and once you hit the second bottle i promise that is where you will start to see the results, but you also have to want the results and work for them i am a picky eater so my eating habits are bad so i take these but make up for it by making sure im active and encouraging my body to sweat to help the pills work. now i stopped using them bak in 2021 because i had to have surgery on my neck and couldnt be active and was in a bad place so ive been off fluctuations weight and just blah so i plan to start these up again (i order 2 bottles at a time) and plan to document just how well they work with a starting weight and keep track when i take these my mindset is never weightloss it is better energy better metabolism then weight and with that mindset it makes a huge difference these have yet to disappoint me so i cant wait to see them work again
