All you need: 1/2 cup fry mix, 1 lb. Seafood or fish, Water or milk, vegetable oil. (1) Pour Fry Mix into shallow dish or large plastic bag. Moisten seafood or fish, cut into serving-size pieces, with water or milk. Shake off excess. (2) Coat seafood, several pieces at a time, evenly with Fry Mix. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard any remaining Fry Mix. Fry as directed below.

Store in a cool, dry place, to protect against flavor loss and moisture. Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, direct sunlight and fluorescent light to maintain flavor and color. Always use dry measuring spoons and cups to ensure optimal product integrity.

The BEST Seafood Fry
Absolutely the BEST seafood fry mix out there, but it's getting hard to find. The most flavorful mix I've found, and no MSG. It makes any seafood you want to fry taste restaurant-quality: shrimp, fish, oysters, etc. The spices compliment the food, and there's no overwhelming flavor... you can taste your very fresh seafood. Some fry mixes just overpower the seafood, but this mix is perfect!
