Great low-dose St. John's
My relative needed a low-dose St. John's Wort for mild mood problems. The higher doses in most other brands were just too strong and caused her to feel woozy. This Sundown Naturals version was the only brand that we could find that comes in a low enough dosage. She takes only one capsule each day. It is perfect for her. It gives her a very sublte, but definitely noticable mood lift - a lot less feelings of negativity and sadness - with no noticable side effects. And it is reasonably priced. She's been taking this for about a year, and it continues to work. St. John's Wort has some potential interactions with other drugs, so it's best to run it by a doctor before taking it.
