This iteration of Grand Theft Auto has brought quite a bit of improvement when one thinks about its predecessor, Grand Theft Auto 4. With the improved driving mechanics, weapon variety, and wide array of story and side missions, it's a 5 out of 5 game. That being said, I would never recommend this to one under the age of 17. This game has fully earned its M rating. Where many M rating games are purely for high levels of violence and some sexual content, this game take it to the limit, with hookers, strip clubs, gang violence and its notorious torture scene that even one it's most violent characters did not feel entirely comfortable performing. There is nudity. There is gore. There is substance abuse, and distribution. Honestly, though, this game would have been disgusting if it weren't for the satirical nature of its story. You follow the story of three men: Michael, a man with everything he wanted and feels nothing but miserable. From his cheating wife, worthless son and sexually active daughter. Franklin, an African American teen who wishes nothing more than to escape the hood and the trouble it brings, but is too loyal to those around him to abandon them. Trevor, a sociopathic, psychopathic, sadist with a drug problem who doesn't really care about anything and wouldn't mind burning the whole world if given the chance. You'll start the game with these three and even if you do reach the end of the story, even they don't feel any better about their situations, no matter how much money they may have.
