sweet, but delicious!
i wasn't expecting a sweet taste but it's also tangy. however, I've never eaten a tomatillo sauce before so i didn't know what to expect. it seemed like very good quality, and everyone in the family loved the enchiladas, so it's a winner! i love the list of simple and whole ingredients. (not a bunch of chemicals or things i can't pronounce) I also love that it's gluten free. highly recommend!
