Poor quality

This cabinet bed is not as described. It is NOT made of wood, but of a poor grade of pressed fiber (see photo) like particle board, covered with a plastic sheet or membrane. The membrane is not completely attached in all places (see photo). The instructions warn against using a power screwdriver because the board may break. There are many pieces. It took two adults, all of a day and half to assemble. Instructions are mostly accurate with pictures. Holes are provided for screws and do match up. Joining the sliders so that they glide properly, is a little tricky. Dowels are made of wood, but are inadequate in strength to join the boards for the back. Dowels joining the front pieces are reinforced with metal plates on the seam. I would NOT have purchased this if I knew that it was made with particle board . I believe this piece will come apart/break if moved to another location.
