Keep in cool, dry and clean place. How to Prepare the Corn Dough: 2-1/2 cups of lukewarm water, 2 cups Goya yellow corn meal, 1 teaspoon salt. Pour the water in a bowl, add the salt, slowly add the Goya yellow corn meal. Knead until smooth. Cornmeal porridge.
I went to Jamaica and had cornmeal porridge and can't get enough of it. I did find cups of the stuff where you add water but it's a bit on the pricey side. I used this cornmeal, sugar, powdered mild and spices and made a huge batch of the mix. Now I scoop out however much I want, add twice the water, stir, let it sit and eat.
