smaller than you may imagine.

This is our first coop, and I believe I will need to improve it in less than a year. It is smaller than you believe, and it is really soft 'wood'. The roost bars are too close together. It took me 2 hours to put it up alone (with a few 5 minute breaks), certainly not 3 5 chicks, maybe large enough for two, definitely not five.

My daughters adore it.

It's a beautiful tiny coop that can hold four to six hens. It's not the most durable material, but it's worth the money. It's simple to clean. The roosting bars don't like to remain in their slots, which might be because my hens prefer to lie on the tray and bedding and kick the bars out of the way.

Great Coop.

I'm amazed with this coop. I had four hens that were moving to a coop. This works well for them. I'm thinking of purchasing a second and linking the two, or buying 1x1s and constructing an extension to give my additional space. It's excellent value for money.
