Fragrant and flavorful!

I have been making pot roast for 40 years, this was the first time I added these herbs. Everyone raved at the flavor these infused into the roast. I will use this product every time! I highly recommend this product. It also was in the refrigerator unopened for two weeks and it was still as fresh as it was the day they put it in the container.

Great Stuff

I use this all the time I like that I can keep it in the fridge keeps it from molding. I don't like the dried out shelf life seasonings because my kitchen gets super hot while baking breads etc, and gets super cold when not being used. Shelf life molds quicker in my house.

Freeze-dried herbs, a definite must.

I love these "freeze-dried" herbs and buy all the different options (basil, parsley, cilantro, and Italian seasoning). They are so convenient -- just drop them into your freezer and when you need 'fresh' herbs, but you don't have any, these are great substitutes. They are very close to fresh; much better than dried herbs. I wish they would carry a few more herbs, like tarragon, chives, thyme, oregano, etc.) Definitely recommend to anyone who cooks but doesn't always have fresh herbs on hand.
