This is the darkest dark chocolate I've ever seen. The label is slightly confusing because it mentions coloring and flavoring. I sincerely hope there aren't any separate colors or flavors, but it's hard to know. I decided to try the taste by making a little hot chocolate, and it's delish (wink). Price is sadly, high, but chocolate in general is twice as much as it used to be a couple of months ago. I hope prices don't go higher, but at least I'm stocked up for now.
