Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended). Flip after 12 minutes. Deep Fryer (for restaurant use): 1. Place fillets in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. 2. Fry at 350 degrees F for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended). Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish fillets. Air Fryer (Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.) 1. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket. 2. Air fry fillets at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes (Fully cooked fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Consistently high quality and great tasting fish fillets. They're delicious microwaved -- I do 3:20, flip halfway through, then let them cool down enough to eat (which also allows them to get a bit crispier on the outside). This way they can be enjoyed quite quickly and virtually fat-free.

Good for cheap protein
I eat this basically every day in order to get my fish and Omegas. Sometimes however the fish gets rubbery when trying to defrost it in certain microwaves. Bigger ones do better. I put 4 pieces in for 4 mins at 60% power, then cut them up, then back in for 2 minutes at max power. Perfect every time. I use similar techniques with frozen chicken patties %26 other foods that say you need ovens. Works like a charm.
