Great Special Effects for the Price
I love my witch hat lights. They are so cute and I got lots of compliments on them. The only problem I had was that they are very light, and when it was windy they would blow down.

Cool little decoration
My daughter saw these and wanted them. She's thrilled with them. They're good quality and actually a lot bigger than I thought they would be. They're regular hat size, not mini decoration hats.
