Newbie 2 streaming platforms aftr cord cutting . purchased several media players Roku 28 bucks a mid range 32 GB storage player and then this Google Chromecast for nearly $90 . In the side-by-side test couldn't tell the difference but I did become annoyed with the limited functions of the Google Chromecast remote control so I sent it back over not worth the money

HORRIBLE provision of SERVICE!

I don't like the fact that Walmart customer service representatives are UNABLE to provide SERVICE to the CUSTOMER! I have NEVER been able to get a “service representative” to make adjustments or corrections on my purchases. SERVICE TO the customer doesn't mean let the CUSTOMER provide the service. It SHOULD mean that the REPRESENTATIVE at Walmart provides the service. I am going to change the store where I purchase my products. Many other stores have customer service according to the definitions of service! Good by, Walmart!
