I had an appointment at 8 in the morning. I kept getting alerts to be 15 minutes early, they only hold my spot until 815. I showed up early and went to the back of the store where the service department is. It looked like it was closed. My alert said to stay in the car and someone would come out to me. After waiting more than 10 minutes I walked up to the door and it was locked and no sign telling you what to do. It said they opened at 6. I looked in and saw no one. I looked in the garage window and saw no one and no cars were being worked on. No cars in the parking lot. Other people drove up and tried to get in the locked door also. I get another alert about my appointment. So I drive to the front of the store and go in and head to the service department in the back of the store. Again I find no one and no work being done in the garage. I wait about 10 minutes and I get another alert about my appointment, be 15 minutes early, don't lose your spot. I was thinking they were going to be really busy getting these alerts. Finally someone that I don't even think worked in the dept. asked if I needed help. I told him I had an 8 appointment and he said he would get someone to help me. A few minutes later a guy is walking up slowly with no urgency. I don't have enough characters to explain how unprofessional and uncaring this employee was. When I looked up at the pictures on the wall of the employees, this was the manager of the dept. I bought my tires and made my appointment online so all my information was there. I had to stand there and answer all the questions I had already done online and waste another 20 minutes. He kept asking for the date I purchased the tires and I showed him my appointment verification, my receipt that I payed for the tires, even a barcode I was supposed to show that was never used. Also a female customer walked up and it was like I wasn't even there. He finally said we will give you a call when your car is done and gave me a ticket. The car was done quickly, about a hour and a half. I went back to the store and went back to the service department and handed my ticket to the employee behind the counter and he said you need to go to the service desk up front and pay and my keys are up there. I walked back up to the front of the store and gave the employee my ticket and she couldn't find my keys to the car. She leaves her dept. to go back and see if they still had the keys. They did. After another 45 minutes wasted she checked me out and I left the store. I'm 62 years old. I worked in the grocery and retail business over 30 years. This was in my top 5 of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Now I know why there was no customers in that department. I don't understand why companies don't understand how important customer service is. This is why you lose customers. I know I will never use the car care service again. I'm really wondering if I should take my car somewhere else to make sure the tires were done correctly The end
