Great Tire / Terrible Warranty Support

The tire quality is great, but the service and warranty support are non-existent. I had a flat, yet the store refused to replace it under warranty because it was an online order. They insisted I buy a second tire rather than pulling from their stock. It makes no sense to offer a warranty if the local store refuses to honor it based on a technicality of where the order was placed

Tires are amazing the price was amazing really do love them and love my purchased, will say with that I will probably never get my service done from Walmart NEVER EVER again!! Purchasing the tires was easy, picking them up and getting them put on my car not so much I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessional behavior as I did in the Mansfield rd Walmart tire center honestly disgusted me and will Not be going back for ANYTHING!

Great all-season performance

This was my first time dealing with Walmart Auto Care and they did not disappoint. I ordered the same tires that were on my vehicle (which were on sale) when I purchased my SUV and also paid to have them balanced and mounted. I selected a day and appointment time when the tires were delivered to the store. My appointment was for an hour time slot and I was in and out in that hour. Since the tires were the ones that came on my vehicle, I liked the performance of the tire previously and expect to have the same result. Staff was friendly and I loved the text updates I received while they completed the job. I will definitely make this purchase again when needed.
