Great for my senior cat!
I actually bought this for my 21 yr old cat. None of the pet brushes worked. I needed a stiff boar bristle brush to get out matted fur without hurting him as he is old and fragile; a bath might scare him too much. This brush is perfect; it removes the old fur and doesn't hurt him or irritate his skin. He even purrs while I'm brushing him.

Hairbrush Made by Goody's!
I love my Goody's Brush. I'm so glad I found it on Walmart website. I was shock to see it there. I thought them had stop making them - Honestly! I'm disabled and don't get-out at all, unless it's to the doctor, or tending to very important business - which is very hard to do. I do all of my shopping online. I'm so thankful for online shopping and, delivery of item/product to my front door!

My hair is just past my shoulders and not thin but fine and it tangles easily .My hairbrush was a nice boars hair with a wooden handle that I paid about $25 for in 2016 so I thought this might be part of the problem. I decided to give this goody brush a try but didn't have very high expectations because of the low price but after one use I was amazed it easily removed all my tangles and didn't rip my hair out. I will be buying this same brush everytime I need a replacement.
