Tongs to do the job!

I purchased these tongs after a long search. I am vertically challenged and find it a problem to reach into the top loader washing machine that I currently use to retrieve wet items and move them to the dryer. I miss my front loader but these tongs are really a big help. They grip the wet clothing, etc unlike the most of the scalloped edge tongs available that work great when cooking something. No hot dogs are involved!!
