I can eat these with confidence
I am trying to cut down on salt and fat, even though it isn't really fat. It's good oil. I still think it would be better if I had less of it -so I'm trying to give up low sodium potato chips and lower sodium corn chips -and replace with these veggie strips. They are so healthy.. and very mild tasting because they're made for children to eat. I will be ordering from now on.
