These are awesome!
These gummies are AWESOME! I am averaging losing 1 lb a day and I only need to lose no more than 10 lbs to begin with, so it is not all water weight. The taste is delicious and texture wonderful. I have not had acid reflex since taking them. I have not changed my routine much. I already walk my dogs everyday and that is the only exercise I do. I am trying to eat more fresh fruit and not do late night snacking. These gummies totally curb my cravings. I am not counting calories or fat grams....but still losing weight. I have to say I have always loved to eat. I am eating 6 gummies a day. I totally recommend these!

A little pricey but worth it
These work great to suppress appetite. I take 2 in the morning, 1 for lunch and 2 before bed! I've lost 2 pounds since taking them and feel energetic and no longer want those late night cravings. They taste great too. Highly recommend.
