Perfect except . . .
Instore pick-up was no hassle. The product came in perfect condition. Obviously, extra care was taken to make sure I get it that way, packing and all. I just wish it comes with a lid, you have to order the lid separately, which I did not because I thought an old ceramic lid I had would fit. The lid was a little bit too big but I found a way to make it do. All in all, I love this water dispenser, just the perfect size and looks for my small kitchen.

A very nice crock and I will probably buy an extra. I'm using it for my kombucha and it works perfect. I look forward to having This for many years as it is excellent quality and lead free. I contacted the seller and they were also quite helpful.
