I put up several types of preserves this time of the year. I have used Ball, Anchor Hocking and recently, Golden Harvest. All 3 perform well. Make sure the rims if filled jars are wiped clean before putting the lids and rings on. Golden Harvest has become my go to brand. I used the 8 ounce jars. They have a nice design on them.
